We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas to join a fast-paced coffee operation at Heathrow Airport. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-energy, customer-facing environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding coffee and service.
Working on a 4 on / 2 off rota, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for a diverse range of customers, while driving sales through product knowledge, promotions, and confident upselling.
What you’ll be doing as a Barista:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and hot beverages to brand standards
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience in a busy airport environment
- Maximising sales through promotional activity, product knowledge, and upselling
- Replenishing stock, maintaining displays, and ensuring the coffee bar is well presented
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to team targets and goals
What you’ll need to be a great Barista:
- A love of coffee and developing your barista skills
- Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of customers
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- A flexible, reliable, and positive “can-do” attitude
- Experience in retail or high-footfall settings
- Experience in roles involving high levels of customer interaction
